This video was taken from inside my room ( 312 ) at Harrah’s Hotel & Casino in Joliet Illinois. At the middle point you will see a Archer Daniels Midland American River Transportation Company (ARTCO) barge pass under the Cass Street Bascule Bridge. From what I’ve read the bridge goes by at least two names – it depends on which side of it you are on. The other name is Western Ave. Bascule Bridge.
