This photo was taken Sunday August 7 2011. Right inside the main entrance to the St Louis Science Center was a folding table. You can see it covered in the red cloth to the right. Earlier in the day promotional literature was out for visitors. In the picture above I’m not seeing any of that. Every time I looked towards that area I never saw Sean actually sitting. He basically greeted fans right where he is standing. All pictures and discussions pretty much took place there. Definitely more engaging than many meet and greets I’ve seen where the celebrity just sits behind the table and signs away. Then again with large crowds it would be hard to give quality time to everyone.
Speaking of crowds – we really expected to see more people and long lines. If I remember correctly this was the TIV teams second visit to St Louis Science Center. So maybe the lower fan numbers were do to this. The event had good numbers – just not as packed as we feared it would be. So this was actually a good thing from our perspective.
