Knob Hill Livestock Company Lamb Meat Old State Capitol Farmers Market

You will find Knob Hill Livestock Company Saturdays at the Old State Capitol Farmers Market. I’m not sure if they are at the market on Wednesdays. We purchase lamb kabobs from this vendor. If I remember correctly we were told that they’d be out of kabob meat soon. So we’ll have to try some of their other products. I can’t remember if we have ever purchased their lamb sticks. Might have to add that to the list if available on our next visit.

Our meat consumption has gone down the past few years. Any meat products we eat at home are purchased from Old State Capitol Farmers Market vendors.
