I’m assuming this is a Volkswagen Karmann Ghia. I didn’t feel like waiting for the two men to get out of my way so I could record the information in the window. For some reason people see someone with a camera and they think it’s funny to stay put – full well knowing you want to record what they are reading. Keep in mind when I started recording no one was around the car. This always makes for a long day and countless aggravation. It’s less drama with a video camera compared to trying to snap a photo.
Unfortunately I don’t know the model year or any other details. The car is of course an electric conversion. Electric cars are older than most people think – but until recently very few cars came out of a factory electric – most were homemade conversions like this one.
