Heading home from St Louis we decided to make a stop at the Lumiere Casino. As we pulled into the parking lot I complained about how I never see ECO cars there. A few seconds later I spot this Chevrolet Volt.
On a previous stay I did record a Red Nissan LEAF a few blocks down inside the Historic Laclede’s Landing. That was on Earth Day this year.
When the Lumiere Casino was built a portion of Laclede’s Landing was torn down. The world famous nightclub Mississippi Nights and other buildings were demolished to make way for casino development.

What We’ve Lost of Laclede’s Landing
“In early 2003, rumors began circulating that the club would close to make way for Lumière Place, a new casino development. The rumors were confirmed in early 2007, and the last show was held on January 19, 2007.”
