I’ve read about cities all over the world starting to use electric cars or plug-in hybrids as taxicabs. But until earlier this month in Washington DC – I had never seen one. I was lucky to even catch a glimpse of this one.
This is a Nissan LEAF taxicab driving in front of Washington Monument.
I’d tend to bet you would never see anyone smart enough to make this change in Springfield Illinois.
