It seems a few stock holders of my cable company Insight Communications. Want to buy out the publicly held shares and take the company private. There have been rumors for several years that Comcast would be the suitor. As recently as this week there was at thread in regards to that. It would seem it's not going to be Comcast but co-founders Sidney R. Knafel and Michael S. Willner and The Carlyle Group that will be doing the deed.
