My Samsung Galaxy S5 gyroscope is broken. Not sure if phone got dropped one to many times or what caused it to break. Normally have phone in a protective case. But it has dropped a few times over years when not in a case.
I first noticed problem when camera and screens wouldn’t rotate. Tried all the usual fixes with no luck. Then decided to run a diagnostics test. Those results are shown above.
Definitely can’t afford a new phone – this one has been paid off for several years. So I’m stuck with no rotation.
I’ve replaced charge port cover on this phone several times. Hinge is very flimsy. Last year replaced camera lens cover.
I think the answer to that question I asked in 2008 – would be NO they are not hindering watch sales.
