Redbox DVD rental Walgreens Chatham Illinois

Redbox DVD rental Walgreens Chatham Illinois

I don’t go to Walgreens all that often. But awhile back I noticed that our local store had installed a Redbox DVD rental machine. I didn’t get around to taking a picture of it until two nights ago. That evening the machine had two male customers who put it to use. After I took pictures of the Redbox an older lady who had just pulled up went to investigate what I was taking a photo of. There has been a lot of recent buzz in regards to Redbox maybe being the company that will beat Netflix at it’s own game. Walmart & Blockbuster failed to gain market share when competing head to head with Netflix. Some analyst seem to feel things will be different this time around. Although our local Family Video store doesn’t always seem to have a packed parking lot. I’d venture a guess that this has nothing to with the Redbox unit above. Honestly there are very few if any DVD selections in that machine that would appeal to me.
