I just couldn’t resist. I honestly had to know if paying $15 for a bowl of Macaroni and Cheese would be worth it. Granted on the afternoon menu it’s cheaper. Even when you get it with the chicken. And according to the bartender Mark. Even though the bowl is smaller during the lunch service. The actual portion of food is almost the same.
So is $15 for macaroni and cheese at The Edgewater Hotel in Seattle, Washington worth it? If you ask me I’d say yes. Especially if you get the version that has the chicken. Keep in mind that this is a better value if you get it from the Six Seven Bar during lunch. Without the chicken this item is only $6 for a bowl.
If you plan on just visiting the bar or restaurant that is adjacent to the bar area. Be prepared to pay a $6 parking fee as well. Unless of course you’ve walked, taken the trolley or a cab to the establishment.
If your interested in a recipe that looks similar to what is served at The Edgewater. You can take a look at a recipe from a person who years ago didn’t mind my company. But now feels I’m the most evil person on the planet.
I’ve never tasted the above version. But it looks as if it might have a similar flavor to what I had at The Edgewater.
